Ashaka Givens wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All returns must be made within 14 days from date of original purchase and must be accompanied by the Merchandise Return Form – see below for details. Regularly priced merchandise may be returned for a full refund. Sale merchandise is returnable for web credit only.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return. Please note we are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. We are unable to accommodate merchandise exchanges.
All tags, including the price tag and the “Do Not Remove” tag, must be fully attached to returned items. All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.
Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping charges. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express, that allows you to track your package. We are unable to accept a return COD. Please note that it may take up to ten business days for your refund to be processed or your web credit code to be issued.

• Return packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days from date of original purchase.
Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper. Ashaka Givens is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Ashaka Givens does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Ashaka Givens’s sole discretion.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
Please note that we currently only offer shipping within the domestic United States.
All orders are shipped USPS Ground or USPS 2nd Day Air and will require an adult signature upon delivery. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through USPS. Orders cannot be shipped COD.
All shipments within the domestic US are shipped via USPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. USPS Ground, USPS 2nd Day Air). Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In general orders placed by noon EST will be processed within one business day. Orders placed after noon EST will be processed within two business days. Please note that during a launch of a sale orders may take up to one additional business day for processing due to high order volume. Ashaka Givens cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once your purchase has been shipped, which will include the tracking number of your shipment. If you are not completely satisfied or if there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation/packaging and contact us immediately by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
All ground orders should arrive in approximately five to seven business days after shipping if ordered by 12pm EST.
2nd Day Delivery
Your order should arrive in two business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00pm EST. Please note 2nd day orders placed before 12pm EST Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed Monday and should arrive in two business days after shipping. 2nd day orders placed after 12:00pm EST Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed Tuesday and should arrive in two business days after shipping. Some zip codes are not available for this service.
Occasionally we run free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up via our mailing list on our contact page. Please note that shipping promotions will be applied to your order upon checkout.
Ashaka Givens insures each purchase from the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for purchased goods passes on to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, then you accept that evidence of a signature by them, or at that delivery address is evidence of delivery by Ashaka Givens and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
All products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. Upon your order being approved and processed for shipment, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number along with confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotions. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship there may be instances from time to time where we run out of stock in an item. In these instances your item will be canceled and you will be notified by a member of our customer service team. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible. All orders within the domestic US will be shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All orders have a processing time of one to two business days if the merchandise is in stock. Orders will be shipped the next business day if order is placed by 12pm EST. Orders placed after 12pm EST may take up to two business days for order processing. The exact shipping cost for your order will be added and displayed at checkout.
Once an order has been placed on our website we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. Please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received your order if you wish to return or exchange an item.

Pricing And Payment Options
All prices displayed on our website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order canceled. Ashaka Givens accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order.
Price Adjustment Policy
We are happy to offer a sale price adjustment on items purchased online within seven days of item being placed on sale. Items are only eligible for price adjustment if the exact style, size, and color remains in stock at time of request. All approved price adjustments will be credited to the cardholders in the original form of payment within ten business days. Approved requests will be refunded to the cardholder in the original form of payment within ten business days.
We are unable to offer a price adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily reduced in price. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the item be further marked-down.
We do not price match items placed on sale with another retailer or online store.
Ashaka Givens Co. does not currently charge sales tax for items being delivered to any U.S. state with the exception of New York and New Jersey where customers are subject to their respective sales tax.
By purchasing goods from Ashaka Givens, you agree that the offer and sale of those goods takes place in, and will be governed exclusively by the laws of, the State of New York. You also agree that any legal or equitable claim against Ashaka Givens arising from or related to your purchase must be brought in the city, state or federal courts located in New York City, New York and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
